Orders are not accepted until reviewed and confirmed by us. We reserve the right to correct any errors on our website and to adjust prices accordingly. We only sell and ship to the United States. All prints are special order and may not be cancelled once in production. Production begins upon our acceptance of your order. We are unable to change an order once it is placed.

 The purchaser acknowledges and understands colors displayed on a computer monitor may not look exactly the same as colors on a print. We cannot guarantee an online image will exactly match the colors on the print.


All orders must be paid in advance using the online Shop and either Stripe or PayPal. If a payment is stopped or declined the order will be cancelled. The customer will be held responsible for any costs incurred, cost of collection, attorneys fees, and interest of 1.5% per month until payment is received.


Risk of loss for any purchases is assumed by the purchaser upon submission to the carrier.  We do ship all purchases insured and delivery signature required. Should the carrier decline payment of a damage claim we will not honor it. Shipping and insurance are billed separately upon our acceptance of an order. Delivery of Trulife Acrylic prints takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Mounted prints ~2weeks. Loose prints 1-2 weeks.

The purchaser must provide us with a deliverable address (not a POB, APO, etc.), name, phone number, and email address We only ship to US addresses.

Inspection and Acceptance

You must notify Mark McGilvray Photography within 24 hours of receipt of the art of any damage claim. You must provide photographic proof of shipping damage. If we determine the claim is valid, we will replace the print at no cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the damaged print and the cost of shipping a replacement.

If the art was printed by one of our vendors, the vendor must be notified as well and in the same time 24 hour frame. I am not always available and if the vendor is not notified timely, they will not issue a replacement. Nor will we.

If the item was as a gift when purchased, the person receiving it must follow the same notification procedures as the purchaser.

This applies to damage claims only. Defects are covered under guarantee.


Loose unmounted prints are only guaranteed to arrive undamaged. If you have chosen mount, matte, and frame the art yourself you represent you, or your shop, have the necessary skill to do so. We will not be responsible for any damage incurred by self-performing this, for light damaged prints, or any damage caused by the buyer or his agents. All prints must be placed behind UV Acrylic that reduces at least 95% of UV light and never placed in direct sunlight. Keep prints in temperature and humidity controlled environment (near 70 F and 30 percent humidity), as significant changes can damage them. Replacement for defect is at our sole discretion.

Trulife Acrylic prints carry a lifetime guarantee from the vendor. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This is at our sole discretion. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if we are unable to determine the damage, or defect, through photos you must supply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you other than the information you voluntarily submit to us when placing an order, submitting an inquiry to us, or posting on our blog. Such information may include mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, username and password, and blog. We do not sell or otherwise share this information. We will not bombard you with endless marketing emails, etc.

We never see financial information as all payments are processed through either Stripe or Paypal online. We certainly do not share ANY financial data. These transactions are protected by SSL through the pay gates.


At present we are only required to charge Nevada sales tax. The buyer is solely responsible for any other taxes.
